Week 2

Look for the helpers.

School is back in session!

Habits and Routines for us and our students.  There has never been a better time to challenge ourselves to increase our calm.

Safety and boundaries.  We need to listen to our body, and set boundaries when we need to.  Modeling this skill for our students in an important message as we navigate, listening to the signals in our body and how to access the helpers at school, in our families and in our community.  Help your students identify the helpers at home in the community.

Our Wellness team is here to help, along with teachers, recess monitors, bus drivers and other related school staff.
