Journal! Dump the ruminating thoughts, limiting feelings and frustrations. Finish the journaling session with gratefulness.
Many of us are not good at writing down our feelings. As our thoughts and feelings start to control the way we interact with people we see at work or the community and most importantly those we love, that's the time to try committing to journaling. Many have found that it is an emotional release. You may notice patterns and then you may be able to see through the words a lead to problem solving. You will find confidence when you look back on struggles that you've overcame. You'll noticed that journaling is a great way to document your happiest experiences and you'll love re-visiting those moments when you needed them the most. A journal is a great gift, remember to buy one for yourself.
