Energy
The universe responds to two energies - thoughts and feelings. We attract the energy that we put out. Here are a few ideas of how to connect and make the most of our energy:
- Positive thoughts result in positive experiences.
- Positive feelings will reflect these experiences.
- Be open and willing to allow the positive moments to happen.
- Stay in the now and notice the small moments of positive energy as they connect us to each other through the experiences we share with ourselves and others.
Try breathing with the whole body, visualization (water sources are great and energy inducers) and journaling feelings, thoughts and sources of gratitude.
